Our story

Founded on a simple observation: robots fail the same way factories do.

Gear Brain started from work on industrial predictive maintenance and found the same sensor-fusion approach that predicts a pump failure also predicts wear in a robotic joint. That became the thesis: build the hardware and the intelligence layer together, so neither is an afterthought.

Engineered in the UK, the company designs and integrates manipulators and humanoid platforms for regional deployment through its Gulf commercial hub, while extending its AI solutions to operators across the US and Europe who need the same reliability without needing to buy the robots.
